History of our Campus
We hail from educationalists families. Our parents and the institutions we studied have inculcated a deep sense of love, appreciation and taste for a holistic education. Driven by a strong passion of mission for teaching, we started this institution in 2009 from Class Nursery to 5th in this rented house at Shivaji Road, Barnagar. Since the number of students kept increasing with the class we decided to buy land. With God’s grace and our earnest effort today we have a well furnished building with the latest educational facilities.
The Management :
The school is meticulously managed by the Saint Sharon Education Committee. This committee consists of efficient members having strong will power to educate the children and have good governance. The committee closely monitors the growth of school in all aspects. We aim at academic excellence and individual transformation.
The Staff :
The school has well experienced, efficient, devoted and dedicated staff, working hard with a pleasing nature to pay personal attention and care to edify them. The play a real role models of values.
Activities :
1. Co-Curricular Activities: -
We provide a number of activities for the all round development of students. We teach music, musical instruments, dances, art and craft. Various activities, festivals, house-wise competitions are conducted round the year. To explore the students’ talents we conduct speech, rangoli, singing, dancing and drawing competitions. We go on educational tour and also present programme outside on certain important occasions. On every important occasions and celebrations of school, together with the parents we invite guests from outside. The annual function is held every year in the month of January.
2. Sports and Games: -
Games and sports too play an integral part in physical, mental and spiritual growth of students. On every Saturday students have games period. They play different games like Badminton, Dodge Ball, Volley Ball, Chess, Skipping Rope, Disc fly and other indoor games. We conduct these periods to make the students physically and mentally strong and competitive. Sports and games day is conducted every year in the month of January. To encourage and respect the merit of the students we distribute medals, shields, certificates and other prizes.
3. Eco-Friendly Activities: -
We teach students to love nature and care for them. So we have planted different trees and plants in and around the school campus. Also teach the students to keep the surroundings clean and neat.
4. Academic Excellence: -
We conduct three examinations around the academic session. After every examination and result, we invite the parents to see the answer sheet of their wards. This helps the parents as well as the management to focus specifically on the wards in their process of growth. The rankers are honoured with shields and certificates.
Feast, Festivals and Important National celebrations :
It is joy of the institution and the school family to cherish the importance of certain festivals and national celebrations. In the school we celebrate with great honour and enthusiasm the days like, Independence Day, Raksha Bandhan, Teacher’s Day, Deepawali, Eid, Children’s Day, GuruNanak Jayanti, Christmas, Makarsakrati etc,. These celebrations enable the students to know the real spirit and meaning of the occasions.
